    Under general supervision, actively incorporates our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Develops awareness of residents' interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Creates a safe environment in which to provide direct resident care and assist in residents' activities of daily living. Will provide care and assistance of residents in either Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and those on Residential Plus and on occasion supervise caregivers providing resident services; effectively plans and implements nursing services to provide quality care. Charge Nurse & Nurse Supervisor will direct the work of others and perform supervisory duties.


    Qualifications :

    Education
    • Completion of Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN)
    Experience/Training:
    • Clinical observation and assessment skills
    • Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members.
    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
    • Current RN license for state applying
    • Current CPR certification
    Preferred:
    • Bachelors of Science in Nursing
    • Senior Care or Rehabilitation Experience
