    Job Description

    Arbonne's Customer Service Center is hiring 26 exceptional Customer Service Associates to start March 9th! As a Customer Service Associate, you will be accepting inbound calls, assisting our Consultants and preferred customers with product related questions, offering technical assistance with online orders, returns and payment processing as well as providing an exceptional customer service experience.

    • Applicants must be able to commit to 6 weeks of paid training Monday - Friday from 9AM to 6PM.
    • After 6 weeks of paid training, shifts will move into Monday - Friday with a schedule of the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
    • 1 rotating day off during the week & some Saturdays as needed


    • Researches and responds to questions received on the Field Support queue
    • Inputs and processes orders received into the company computer system
    • Researches and responds to questions concerning shipments and backorders
    • Provides information about company products, specials, marketing programs and business practices.
    • Communicates with Call Center Team Leads when significant issues arise
    • E-mails if on the e-mail team
    • Ability to perform level one troubleshooting process
    • Process orders and online payments as well as returns
    • Other Duties as assigned


    • 0-2 years customer service experience and Inbound call center experience preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting our clients/consultants in their businesses
    • Bilingual Spanish/English speaking a plus but not required!
