Natchez Trace Youth Academy is seeking a dynamic and talented Registered Nurse (RN) to fill our weekend position, Fri., Sat., Sun., 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. In continuing our tradition of helping young men to have the greatest chance of success possible, the RN renders professional nursing care to students within the treatment program. S/he practices ongoing student assessment, evaluation and update of student care through observation of physical and behavioral symptoms, and communicates pertinent data to other service areas as needed as well as documenting findings accurately. S/he administers medications appropriately and documents all data accurately according to facility policy. S/he participates in formulation of individual treatment/care plans for all students and implements plan according to facility policy. This is a Benefits-eligible position.

QualificationsEducation & Experience:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. At lease 2 years experience in the nursing field. Experience in a residential program is preferred.

- CPR / 1st Aid Certified
