    Job Summary:

    The Reg. CC Maintenance Clerk is responsible for processing manual holds as well as corrections on Reg. CC Teller Holds in order to generate an updated notice for the customer. This position is also responsible for reviewing and verifying Low Risk items that have been deposited to accounts via the teller line and a hold has been placed. Also provides support to bank employees so that customers can receive superior customer service for all of their banking needs.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Responsible for placing or correcting regulation CC holds placed on the system
    • Ensure regulatory compliance with customer notifications
    • Organize and archive regulation CC reports - Low Risk Verifies
    • Answer daily bank questions to Quality Control
    • Assist with training of employees
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    SKILLS
    • Effective English verbal and written communication skills
    • Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Good customer service, active listening, and critical thinking to actively look for ways to help people
    • Ability to meet performance standards and deadlines
    • Able to work weekend rotation schedule
    • Able to concentrate and focus on detail
    EDUCATION
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • At least 1 year working experience
    • Customer service working experience preferred
