REPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager CLASSIFICATION: Nonexempt POSITION SUMMARY The salad position is an essential part of Mary Pizza Shack's operations. Mary's salads are very popular. The managers will continually check your salads. Salads must be made before a cook or pizza maker can begin their orders. Timing and coordinating with other departments are essential. CORE EXPECTATIONS •Ability to make salads within 5 - 7 minutes of order •Ensures measuring tools are used at all times •Ability to complete prep work by 11:00 am (if applicable) •Ability to multi task, prioritize and keep surrounding areas clean •Maintain food safety requirements •Ability to maintain Mary's Scorecard Standards •Adhere to all Mary's Dress Code Standards •Demonstrate Mary's Upbeat Personality Philosophy •Follows all sanitation, cleanliness and organizational procedures

Ability to stand on feet for long periods. 2. Strength in arms in order to carry tubs of dressing and salad. 3. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following: 1. Constant standing during operation. 2. Occasional lifting of 5 gal buckets of dressing, weighing approx. 10 - 20 lbs. 3. Constant carrying of salads and garlic bread approx. 1 - 3 lbs. 4. Constant reaching, approx 18 - 74 in. vertically, in front of body to maneuver during preparation of food. 5. Constant hand manipulation picking up food items, using the thumb, index and 2nd fingers.
