Wash and clean all tableware (plates/glassware/silverware), pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Clean areas such as restrooms and floors as needed on a daily and per shift basis.
No previous restaurant experience required. Be able to work on your feet in hot, humid, wed and loud conditions for long periods of time. -Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop. -Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time. -Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks of items weighing upwards of 50+ pounds regularly.
