Service Technician

Report to the Shift Manager or Division Leader. Provide maintenance services for the customer in a professional and timely manner. 

Essential Functions:
•	Perform maintenance services to customers including: oil, filter & transmission fluid changes, wiper blade installation and tire repairs.
•	Provide light mechanical repairs & maintenance.
•	Maintain, replenish and organize site equipment on a daily basis.

Non-Essential Functions:
•	Communicate effectively with Leader any customer concerns, complaints, product requests, etc.
•	Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform.
•	Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to ensure facility is presentable.
•	Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and customers.

Must have a clean driving record with no moving violations within the past 3 years and the ability to drive the service truck on road calls.  Additional knowledge and experience in truck preventative maintenance and mechanics is a plus. Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers.  Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for a long period of time during his or her shift and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have efficient multi-tasking and time management skills.
