Successful candidates will drive sales through exceptional customer service, proper display set-up and maintenance, merchandise presentation and cleanliness for operational excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Sales Associate provides excellent Customer Service by: • Talking to every customer within ten feet • Answering Customer requests promptly • Assisting Customers in finding merchandise. • Answering cash register calls promptly • Operating the register when needed • Demonstrating a high sense of urgency with all assignments • Following proper procedures for handling claims merchandise • Being knowledgeable about products, discounts, and company mission • Providing assistance to the front end Associates with pricing • Remains knowledgeable regarding all areas of the store operation • Other duties as may be assigned by management
Education: High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences.
