Summary Ensures all menu items are prepared to company specifications and is responsible for maintaining high levels of food sanitation and safety. Reports To General Manager Essential Functions • Demonstrates helpful, positive attitude toward customers, team members and managers. • Arrives to work on time, neat and well-groomed for every shift, in a clean and proper uniform. • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards. • Adheres to all of Salem’s Fresh Eats safety and sanitation procedures. • Sets up, maintains and restocks work area. • Operates all equipment safely. • Adheres to health department codes. • Ensures proper portioning. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
