Position Summary: Assures the highest possible level of visitor and guest satisfaction by providing superior guest service. 1. Adhere to all company and department policies and procedures as well as all the Company's Practices (i.e. Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Core Values, 15 Points of Service, etc.) as well as state mandated laws, Gaming Regulations and Requirements. 2. Maintain a clean, functional, and organized gaming floor attending to the presentation of and guests' use of the slot machines. 3. Provide timely and responsible cocktail service to guests in designated areas of the slot floor. 4. Establish accurate and proper cash handling procedures, using cash bank, cash register, and cash drop. 5. Communicate and promote co-worker and Guest relations; maintain professionalism while working with the guests and other team members. 6. Maintain knowledge of and promote current guest incentives, marketing promotions, and other Company initiatives. 7. Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property and Company. 8. Utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, glass cleaner, disinfectants and all-purpose cleaners. Essential Functions: 1. Sign out keys and radio headset. 2. Sequence of Service. 3. Greet guests within 7-10 minutes. 4. Explain current promotions. 5. Offer beverage. 6. Verify if card is in play. 7. Offer new card or replacement 8. Return to customer within 8-10 minutes. 9. Make rounds every 15-20 minutes. 10. 15 Points of Guest Service. 11. Machine maintenance 12. Complete OOS logs 13. Clean ashtrays; remove empty glasses and bottles, clean machines and bases. 14.
