Responsibilities and Duties We refer to our assistants as Restaurant Managers because are an integral part of the restaurant leadership and management team. They provide the direction, training and expertise required to ensure that the customer's expectations are exceeded, employees are treated fairly and with respect, and that each shift achieves its business goals. Must be willing to work 10 hour shifts that includes evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Mobility (i.e.: bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying) All positions require long periods of standing without a break.
Restaurant Management: 2 years experience
