PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following: 1.Constantly standing during operation. 2.Occasional lifting of trash cans, weighing approx. 60 - 80 lbs. Constant lifting of bus tubs weighing 20 - 40 lbs. Pizza dough trays weighing 15 lbs. each. 3.Constant carrying of bus trays weighing 20 - 40lbs. 4.Occasional reaching, approx. 38 - 74 in. vertically, in front of body to restock dishware and related kitchen items. 5.Constant power grasp of water spray nozzle using all fingers, which requires 3 - 5 pounds of force.
