Customers often ask us why we are not open in the evening. Our answer is always the same; we serve the best breakfast and lunch meals we know how from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. then we go home to our families. “Work to live, don’t live to work”.

Our Line Cooks are responsible for the following:
- Prepping food and plating dishes according to a restaurant's menu specifications
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies for the shift.
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Preparation for products that are served. This includes chopping vegetables, breaking down, cutting or chopping meat, weighing, portioning and mixing ingredients, washing and preparing vegetables, storing food.
- Prepare recipes specifically according to the recipes in the recipe book.
- Clean and sanitize food prep stations and equipment.
