    Job Description

    The DMO/Busser' primary responsibility is to maintain the overall cleanliness and operations of both the dish/prep area and the dining room, while assisting in assuring the steps of service are executed at a high level throughout every shift.

    • Clean, organize, and maintain dish/prep areas, including walk-in refrigerator/freezer, dry storage, equipment, and utensils, as well as building perimeter
    • Maintain a neat, organized, and clean FOH environment, , including scheduled restroom checks
    • Interact with guests in a friendly and upbeat manner, and properly address guest inquiries and opportunities, and refer guests to supervisors/managers when necessary
    • Assist with food and beverage delivery, and communicate any food that has to be remade or thrown out to the manger on duty
    • Complete DMO/busser opening, closing, and transition checklists and procedures accurately
    • Demonstrate a working knowledge of prep recipes to assist in daily food preparation
    • Assist in receiving and proper stocking/storage procedures for all product
    • Maintain ongoing cleanliness and organization throughout the facility and perimeter
    • Be properly dressed in uniform and maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout the shift
    • Maintain proper par levels for supplies and food and beverage items in storage stations as well as on the line and service counter
    • Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm
    • Confidently executes the fundamentals of this position, while happily assisting others
    • Responsible for timecard management, communicate ongoing availability, able to work a flexible schedule
    • Adapts to changing customer volume levels, with a sense of urgency

    High school diploma or equivalent
    Current Food Handlers Certificate mandatory
