We are looking for experienced line cooks who are interested in, producing high-quality menu items under the direction of our Executive Chef. This position will prep, cook and be an active participant of the Culinary team Maintaining a clean station and adhere to all kitchen sanitation standards is a critical component to this position; have an up-to-date knowledge of the menu (including preparation, seasoning, ingredients and plate presentation); follow proper methods for preparing and cooking food; and more.
The deal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant, Club or Hotel
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations including food production, line cooking, & food safety
Enjoys guest interactions, and is interested in providing exceptional hospitality
Fine dining experience a plus
Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills
Honesty, organization, and an ownership-driven mentality with a hands-on attitude
Ability to work at least 40 hours a week on their feet and lift at least 40 lbs.
