    Job Description

    Great opportunity with TCF in our Marketing group! The Content Marketing Manager is located at our Plymouth Corporate Center. The Content Marketing Manager will create print and digital content for our B2B National Lending businesses that will be used across multiple customer touchpoints and through all stages of the customer lifecycle. This includes collateral, dotcom content, advertorials, social media posts, direct mail, and email, to name a few. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the management of a content strategy to ensure we are maximizing impact of each piece of content to ensure overall program goals are being met.

    Major Areas of Accountability
    • Creation of digital and print content that is written for B2B (business to business) audiences for use across our National Lending businesses.
    • Responsible for the development and oversight of a content strategy that stems across multiple channels to support business needs and growth goals.
    • Work in tandem with the Marketing Business Line leaders and their support teams, in conjunction with Channel Managers to execute marketing strategies.
    • Design workflows for content lifecycle processes that include content creation, review and approval cycles, publishing, analysis and optimization of content.
    • Collaborate in the creation and implementation of a content calendar to align content releases with campaigns, promotions, product launches, and business activities.
    • Perform ongoing analyses, content audits and gap analyses to drive strategic recommendations in content strategies.
    • Define, establish and manage metrics to measure the effectiveness of content solutions including: ROI, content/brand integrity, content accuracy and relevance, efficiencies gained in content improvements.
    • As a brand steward, ensure all customer-facing materials and activities focus on customer experience and are compliant and within TCF brand standards.
    • Research relevant trends and data to become subject matter expert.
    • Support Senior Product Marketing Manager and leadership with new initiatives and strategies as appropriate.

    Qualifications :

    Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Communications, Marketing, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in communications.
    • Experience writing content for B2B organizations, either as a journalist, editor or content producer.
    • Proven track record as a content creator, either as a journalist, editor
    • Understanding of best practices of earned media including social media and publishing.
    • Understanding of digital marketing practices and technologies.
    • Understanding of all digital channels (Social, Content, Paid).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
    • May lead cross-functional teams on projects
