• Lead IT Tech serves as the lead technician for all Golden Pantry sites and Support Center
• provides first level technical support to users concerning hardware, software, and networking problems.
• Escalates system problems to second level technical support staff as necessary.
• Responds to trouble calls on equipment or applications, diagnoses problems, and provides local or remote testing and support.
• Manages a team of IT Technicians to ensure we offer our team members the best support possible.
Other duties as assigned.
