Prepares breakfast and bedtime snacks for B&B guests. Prepares soups, breads, desserts as directed by Chef for restaurant. Assist with inventories and cost controls, train and supervise kitchen staff. Must like to cook & bake, must be able to follow recipes, must be able to effectively communicate. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a distance of 20 feet, must be able to stand at work for up to 4 hours. As an internship, this entry level management position provides intense experience in planning, organization & prep skills, staff training and supervision.
May 11 – October 15 Minimum of 12 weeks 40-48 hrs per week, 6 days per week
Starting Compensation = Housing & Food ($850 value) + Salary starting at $900 per month
