    Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice in Alexandria, IN.
    • Outpatient only
    • Shared call schedule
    • Electronic Medical Record (Epic)
    • Flexible office hours
    • Ability to practice in a smaller community while having the support of a large network
    • Less than 45 minute drive to northern suburbs of Indianapolis

    Licensure & Certifications
    • Board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine
    • Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
