    JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Director, the Office Coordinator provides secretarial and administrative support to the department.# This role performs data entry and accurately maintains electronic and paper health records. Supports the processes necessary to ensure the efficient operational function of the department.# MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Education # Training: High school diploma or equivalent is required.# Associate#s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field is preferred. Work Orientation # Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.# Proficiency in word processing and personal computer skills is required.# Experience in database management, taking, transcribing, and distribution of meeting minutes is preferred. Skills # Abilities:# Ability to handle multiple priorities; work independently, take initiative in achieving expected results, and handle confidential information.# Effective oral and written communication skills.# High degree of organization, prioritization, cooperation and collaboration.
