    Job Description


    The Fraud Operations Specialist position is primarily responsible for conducting fraud reviews and research of Online Banking monetary and login activity, and assisting affected customers with resolving related issues.Additional responsibilities include reviewing Wire and ACH Transfers and malware alerts.Specialists must ensure compliance with department Service Level Agreements, policies, procedures, regulatory and risk requirements. This role will include interaction with external customers, department colleagues, and business partners with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Specialists may perform other duties as assigned related to electronic and online fraud, operational issues, and will need to manage competing priorities in an accurate and timely manner.


    Required Skills/Experience:
    • Ability to work independently
    • Superior customer service skills
    • Working knowledge of bank services and products
    • Strong organizational, analytical and technical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Online Banking knowledge and experience a plus
    • Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office
    • Solid written and verbal communication
    • Ability to multi-task and to function efficiently in a high volume, fast paced deadline oriented environment
    • 3+ years required, Professional experience in analysis, Financial services industry or business line experience preferred

    Associate's Degree preferred

    Hours: 40

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00 PM-8:30 PM
