    *1.0 FTE is Full-Time any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical non technical and clerical functions. Other duties as assigned.

    Graduate of approved phlebotomy training program or an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.

    Education:
    High School diploma or equivalent is required.

    Licensure:
    ASCP certification preferred.
