The Inventory Quality Specialist is to provide excellence in Inventory Management at the Distribution Center and provide the most remarkable facility experience in Customer Satisfaction, in every dimension, every time, and understand how he or she contributes to the health system's vision of achieving that commitment to patients and families. Works with individuals and outside groups within outside the organization to develop and manage strategies and tactics designed to improve the strategic direction, positioning and performance of Novant Health and its affiliated organizations. Provides leadership in the methodology and process for Inventory management and storage of medical supplies in accordance with accepted professional practices and legal requirements.

Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant warehouse experience. Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific competency assessment.
Additional skills required: Demonstrated skills in the following: Strong skills in supply chain systems planning, implementation and integration. Change management leadership. Strategic planning and budget planning. Operations leadership in distribution center for consumer products. Business skills: Strong organizational building, including talent attraction and establishing links across Novant's divisions and functions. Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills. World class customer relationship skills. Technical skills. Ability to lead and achieve world class results from a distribution center that supports approximately 2000 customers within 250 mile radius. Ability to implement, integrate and work within multiple systems within the supply chain. Strong analytical skills based on a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices.
