    Job scope
    The incumbent manages and coordinates organization-wide Intelligent Automation (IA) Programs, that tranform processes and experience journeys, procedures and work-models, so that Mondelez operates more efficiently and to improve service delivery aligned to the company's strategic imperatives.

    The incumbent will be leading IA initiatives and will have ownership for multiple Frameworks and models to support and govern business imperatives and strategic initiatives across the full IBS operational landscape.
    The incumbent will act on behalf of the IA CoE, and work with the IA external Service partner teams, and will be the PoC for MDLZ as it relates to IA.

    About IBS:
    IBS delivers IT services, Finance Services, Employee Services, Vendor & Travel Services, Data Management and Marketing/Customer Services with more than 15 locations worldwide at both Mondelez in-house and BPO partners' service delivery centres. About 3200 FTEs (phase 1/ MBS 1.0) are expected to deliver business services for IBS the next three years with $60+ million annual spending. IBS services span more than 50 sub-processes.

    About Intelligent Automation:
    Intelligent Automation team is responsible for bringing consistent, efficient and effective IA programs and capabilities that MDLZ needs to deliver the quality of services that our customers look for. The team:
    Owns implementation of intelligent automation initiatives & other business imperatives programs.
    Owns ""Art of Possible"" and discovery initiatives to identify automation opportunities
    Creates a sustainable inovation culture for IBS and its internal customers
    • Manages the overall IA vendors ecosystem
    • Owns IA implementation methodology
    Key Responsibilities

    1. Leads and/or participate in selective IA projets: (50%)
    • Creates, monitor and finalizes project deliverables such as requirements specifications, solution design documents, and operating instructions (i.e. SOP)
    • Coordination and planning of testing activities, such as including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testing
    • Coordinates sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including program development and deployment
    2. Leads and/or participate in selective IA discoveries: (25%).
    • Establish network and parntnerships to foster the identification of potential automation opportunities
    • Organize various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define and design automation solutions
    3. IA Capabilities (15%).
    • Serve as an advisory expert on IA programs, process improvement tools and techniques
    • Coach process owners and leadership team at our Partners on IA programs
    • Identify and qualify new partners and products to be considered as part of IA toolkit and partner ecosystem
    4. IA Culture: (10%)
    • Promote strong collaborative relationships between the IA team and all other IBS Operations teams in order to work effectivily with these stakeholders to drive process improvements that quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality and service.

    • Recommend and facilitate change management processes to improve the effectiveness of all IA programs
    • Promote IA capabilities and success stories accross MDLZ
    • Facilitate cross tower support and sharing of information of best practices within the IBS community.
    Relationships

    Internal
    • The Intelligent Automation Manager interacts with:
    • Various internal organizations to ensure IA programs are implemented and deployed according the standards and guidelines.
    • Will have intensive work relationships and interactions with the Leads and Teams of the IBS Service Towers for implementation of all IA programs.
    External
    • Will have intensive work relationships and interactions with the Service Providers for implementation of all IA programs and deployment of IA practices amongst initiatives
    • Build relationships to gain knowledge and develop best practices in IA that benefits the overall MDLZ


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree Required
    • Experience with systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), including requirements definition, solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance required
    • Progressive work experience in Innovation environments and being exposed to intelligent automation tools (i.e. RPA, ML, OCR, ChatBots, etc). Blue Prism experience a plus.
    • Experience of working in a global business services environment or internal service delivery
    • Experience in complex organizations and matrix reporting relationship.
    • Strong project management with hands-on-delivery of end-to-end improvement projects.
    • Technical Work Experience (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, collaboration tools like SharePoint)
