We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented IT Service Delivery Program Manager to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. Duties: Responsible for the day-to-day middle management and accountability of the project managers within infrastructure delivery management. Supervises the project management staff. Responsible to ensure project are meeting milestones and deliverables. Responsible for ensuring SLAs are achieved, analyzed and reported. Responsible for determining and acquiring resources to perform the related scope of work within the respective area.
Experience: At least 8 years of related management experience with an emphasis on change, problem, configuration, and process management programs and/or projects. At least 5 years of proven experience managing a program with at least 100 personnel delivering. Must possess a Bachelor's degree. Degree may be substituted with 8 additional years of related experience.
