    Job Description

    A&F Co. seeks a Lead of Personalization Marketing Analytics to join our newly established cross-functional personalization team. This position will be accountable for ensuring we have thorough measurement strategies and actionable insights to understand the performance of our personalization campaigns and inform strategy across all of our brands. Excellence in both strategy and analytics are key for this role.

    What will you be doing?
    • Utilize customer analytics to develop insights and recommendations to drive personalization strategy, aid in prioritization and value sizing of roadmap
    • Manage learning agenda process, taking the personalization vision and strategies and turning into actionable and prioritized tests
    • Communicate results to stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations on roll-out approach and future optimizations
    • Maintain strong knowledge of prior test insights, drawing parallels across similar use cases and raising to wider personalization team
    • Determine approach for total personalization program measurement and execute
    • Own end-to-end email testing process, including methodology, test/control group setup, validation and analysis
    • Partner with channel testing teams to prioritize, calendarize and execute personalization tests on site, stores and media
    • Partner with personalization marketing strategy to define hypothesis, KPIs, test length
    • Partner closely with data science to proactively identify any new algorithms/models or modifications needed
    • Lead team of analysts to ensure rigor in testing and execution methodology in email testing and customer-level analyses
    • Partner with IT and vendor to validate data in Customer Data Platform throughout implementation process; Identify & resolve data quality issues
    • Validate all analyses and value calculations for accuracy
    • Provide an objective source of truth to assess performance
    What will you need to bring?
    • 8-10 years of marketing testing & measurement experience
    • Demonstrated ability to consolidate and package results and insights into well-organized, consumable presentations with actionable recommendations and strategies
    • Strong analytical skills,data interpretation, andproblem-solvingskills
    • Prior experience running A/B and multivariate tests from start to finish, including designing tests, communicating results, and providing guidance to non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience working with customer analytics and/or CRM analytics
    • Strong project management skills
    • Self-starter; Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
    • Experience managing and developing a team
    • Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
    • SQL required, SAS a plus
    • Strong in MS Office core suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) required
    • Consumer experience preferred, retail experience a plus
    • Bachelor's degree required
