    Job Description

    The Manager of Diversity & Inclusion will be responsible for the design and implementation of diversity & inclusion initiatives, education, and partnerships that support Abercrombie & Fitch, Co. values and objectives. These initiatives will aim to drive engagement, experience, transparency, and accountability across the total organization.

    What will you be doing?
    • Own global expansion of engagement and inclusion initiatives; and partner with global HR and stores teams to integrate country-specific cultures and traditions into consideration
    • Own diversity & inclusion education and develop new programs for the organization in partnership with HO, Stores and Distribution leadership development and training teams
    • Own relationships with external community partners, serving as the main point of contact
    • Develop and own structure and governance for associate resource groups including framework, funding and support
    • Partner with talent acquisition and talent management teams on specific diversity recruiting and retention efforts
    • Partner with broader corporate social responsibility areas including philanthropy, sustainability and our brands for greater opportunity to integrate diversity and inclusion topics and consideration into our strategy
    • Incorporate associates' insights learned into plans by participating in associate sounding board sessions, using engagement survey and other available research and data points, as well as directly engaging with associates across the global organization
    • Help to develop, manage and analyze KPI dashboard on metrics for D&I
    • Team up to provide strategic guidance and support to the long-range plan specific to diversity and inclusion
    • Translate strategy into specific actions with clear accountability, make decisions based on best available information, and communicate priorities clearly and concisely
    • Stay curious and research best practices to help drive the D&I strategy; provide tools to ensure effective execution of D&I initiatives
    • Create innovative solutions to strengthen diversity, inclusion, and cultural competencies across the organization as the company continues to grow globally
    What will you need to bring?
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 8+ years experience in a D&I role, either in a university or professional setting
    • Demonstrated results building strategy and planning
    • Motivated by new opportunities for programs and collaboration across business functions
    • Strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve results
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excels in public speaking, associate and senior leadership interaction
    • Comfortable with research, data collection, problem solving, identifying issues and trends
    • Understands how D&I impacts customers and associates, globally
