As a strategic partner, the Talent Partner aligns business objectives with associates and management in their designated business units. The Talent Partner is a guide and partners with managers and associates from their assigned areas to provide an exceptional working experience, and to anticipate the needs of current and future associates. This position will serve as an associate advocate by assisting associates in what they aspire to become by eliminating barriers and enhancing opportunities to meet career goals. The Talent Partner will make "touch points" as seamless as possible by acting as a single point of contact for associates and managers in their business units for all HR related needs. The Talent Partner Idevelops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Associates in this role will also be responsible for Human Resources functions, including but not limited to: Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, HRIS, Employee Relations, and other areas as needed.
Qualified candidates will have either an Associates Degree in business related field or a Bachelor's Degree in (Communications, Human Resources, Marketing or Business), preferred. Human Resources experience desired.
