    Job Description

    SUMMARY
    Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales floor and all surrounding public areas while providing efficient and courteous service to patrons by performing the following duties

    DUTIES
    Greet arriving guests with a genuine hospitable welcome
    Prepares coffee and sets out breakfast, lunch and snack items
    Maintain a fully stocked food area with all essential products needed
    Place food, soda and supply orders twice weekly or as needed by Operations Manager
    Keep accurate inventory of stock and food needed on a daily/weekly basis
    Receive and check in inventory as it comes in
    Forward all invoices to Operations Manager as soon as inventory is received
    Maintain, clean and keep all soda, ice, juice, coffee and creamer machines
    Maintain a clean and organized work area
    Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, sales preview center, tour desk, breakfast/lunch area, kids club and lobby area. Additionally any other areas utilized by sales requested to be kept clean
    Wipe down all tables, chairs and fixtures through the day as needed
    Maintain all floors and wipe up spills as needed
    Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners
    Remove all trash from sales floor and other areas utilized by sales and take to dumpster
    Clean restrooms and replace paper products on a half hour/hourly basis
    Complete opening/running/closing duties as assigned
    Commit to department training and customer service standards
    Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with all team members
    Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years guest relations experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS
    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondences. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    REASONING ABILITIES
    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.
