Assist Resort Operations Manager in various functions of the Gift Rooms and Attraction Ticket Desks. Maintain ticket and cash bank security. Supervise Gift Rooms and Attraction Ticket Desks locations and employees.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Currently include the following, although other duties may be assigned or removed as needed:
- Daily visits different resort locations to check on employees' adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Daily furnishes each location with supplies and collateral to promote a productive and efficient work environment.
- Train all new personnel, including P.O.S. system training as needed.
- Assists with the implementation of company policies and procedures as needed.
- Sell attraction tickets and merchandise. Make reservations for dinner shows as needed.
- Provide basic directions, maps, and attraction and area information to the customers as needed
- Assist with the monthly audits of the Central Bank, and assist with the monthly audits of merchandise and banks at the Gift Rooms and Attraction Ticket Desks.
- Maintain accurate and current list of tickets and merchandise prices, noting employee price, company cost and selling prices.
Assist Resort Operations Manager in supervising all Gift Rooms and Attraction Ticket Desks employees. Helps motivate, train, evaluate, reward and discipline employees as needed. QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely, enjoy working with tourists, be able to take direction well, possess strong auditing skills, have word processing and spreadsheet knowledge, have good communication skills, be a self-starter without extensive need for direction, work well with others, be organized, be focused on accuracy, and be able to meet deadlines.
One-year certificate from college or technical school; and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. These demands include those typical for a desk job/office-related work with high emphasis on retail-type sales, specifically, with a vast amount of time spent sitting at the desk utilizing the hands in cash and credit card transactions, typing, writing, and generating reports and other documents; and a significant amount of time spent talking with and listening to guests primarily, but also to employees and managers. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The majority of the time is spent working in a retail-type environment consisting of employee-controlled temperature levels, with moderate standard office noise ranging from heavy conversation to office machinery noise (typewriters, printers, copiers, fax machines, staplers, etc.). There is very little exposure to outdoor weather conditions except during travel outside the building to various meetings and other functions. Additionally, there is typical exposure to office fumes and/or airborne particles through ventilation systems. There is some exposure to moving mechanical parts such as computer keyboards, credit card machines, printers, copiers, and fax machines, etc., and any risk of radiation or electrical shock would come from this equipment as well. There is little to no exposure to high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold or heat, and wet or humid conditions.
