This job's primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for being in the lobby greeting families.
- Giving great customer service.
- Greet all guests as they arrive to check into resort.
- Ensure guests are directed to appropriate desk and/or areas as needed.
- Enter tour guest information into computer.
- Locate sales representatives and making sure that they have picked up their tours.
- Assist other sales departments as needed.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
