Supervise and manage the daily operation of the Kids Club and its team members ensuring the Clubs quality of care.
Manage the day to day operations of the Kids Club
Supervise and develop the Clubs staff.
Organize scheduling of team members.
Coordinate substitute program.
Ensure appropriate guidelines and regulations are followed.
Responsible for monthly report including total number of children, a signed copy of all incident reports, last months documented goals and results, and this months future goals.
Develop daily schedule for team members and the Centers they will be attending.
Develop daily schedule including arts and crafts to be completed that day and post.
Ensure that all Kids Club goals are implemented.
Set monthly goals and document progress.
Coordinate weekly or biweekly staff meetings.
Participate in professional development opportunities as required.
Share knowledge from training with other staff members.
Serve as a role model for other staff members as well as the children.
Maintain Club in a organized, healthy manner while allowing children to play and make choices that are safe and reasonable.
Create bulletin boards in the Club using Childrens creative efforts, info for parents, and educational or artistic materials.
Complete and maintain all other required documentation and records.
Make sure Kids Club is well stocked with necessary supplies.
Prepare payroll for all team members and forward to Payroll Department on time.
Answer questions/concerns from all Nursery team members.
Process annual reviews.
Report to upper management when required.
Interview, hire, and train new team members.
Resolve any grievances that might occur with parents of children being cared for at the Kids Club.
Facilitate teamwork, staff morale, and conflict resolution.
Manages total of 6 to 10 team members in the Kids Club Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and a minimum of two years experiences and/or training; OR
CDA and a minimum of two years experiences and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English. Ability to speak effectively in English before groups of customers or team members of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
