Perform full range of teller-type services as pertains to attraction ticket sales from Westgate Resorts. Maintain ticket and cash bank security through scrutiny of all transactions.
Balance money and ticket bank amounts at the beginning and end of shift.
Resolve problems/complaints arising from guests.
Sell attraction tickets and make reservations for dinner shows as needed.
Provide basic directions, maps, and attraction and area information to the customers as needed
Provide customers with transportation when needed. Keep accurate transportation log that is sent to the Corporate Offices for invoice reconciliation.
Complete daily paperwork accurately and thoroughly. Explain any overages or shortages on closing tape.
Responsible for completing daily deposit for their bank according to standard safety procedures.
Daily clean and secure their work place.
Must be able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely, enjoy working with tourists, and be able to take directions well, and possess strong auditing skills. Must possess good communication skills and be a self-starter without extensive need for direction. Must be able to work well with others and have good organizational skills. Must have typing and computer input skills and work well under pressure. Bilingual helpful.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Some time is spent walking in the retrieval of various documents, etc. Further, some time is spent stooping, kneeling, or crouching in the filing of documents, tickets, and merchandise and the retrieval of it. This job does not require that weight be lifted or force be exerted, although from time to time, boxes of supplies weighing approximately no more than 60 pounds must be moved from one area to another, and in an effort to expedite processing or complete a job task, these items are moved appropriately. Close vision is required in interpreting and completing the highly detailed reports. Color vision is used in locating filed items.

The majority of the time is spent working in a retail-type environment consisting of team member-controlled temperature levels, with moderate standard office noise ranging from heavy conversation to office machinery noise (typewriters, printers, copiers, fax machines, staplers, etc.). There is very little exposure to outdoor weather conditions except during travel outside the building to various meetings and other functions. Additionally, there is typical exposure to office fumes and/or airborne particles through ventilation systems. There is some exposure to moving mechanical parts such as computer keyboards, credit card machines, printers, copiers, and fax machines, etc., and any risk of radiation or electrical shock would come from this equipment as well. There is little to no exposure to high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold or heat, and wet or humid conditions. There is no exposure to work with explosives.
