    Job Description

    Position Summary

    The Member Services Supervisor delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guest through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of Life Time products and services. This position coaches Team Members to proactively meet the needs of members and guests through accurately answering questions. At times, the position may assist with Member cancellation requests and other various membership changes.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • Greets and admits members and guests into the club by scanning their membership cards and responding to messages regarding their membership account
    • Ensures team members greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner
    • Assists with supervising and assessing team members while providing constructive feedback and helping them develop excellent customer service and promotional skills
    • Balances cash drawer, reconciles membership accounts, and makes necessary corrections and voids

    Position Requirements
    • High School Degree or Equivalent
    • 1+ years of customer service experience
    • Ability to stand for minimum for 4 hours at a time
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to proficiently use a computer
    • Basic mathematical skills

    Preferred Requirements
    • Experience working in retail or hospitality
    • Supervising experience
