ManTech is currently seeking a Management Analyst with strong organizational, communication, analytical skills, ability to solve problems, and enjoys working in a team environment. The Management Analyst will be responsible for assisting with planning, developing, and tracking current and upcoming projects, and synchronizing with the program manager to ensure all requirements are being tracked and executed in an efficient manner.
Position Duty Overview:
Support the program manager by successfully accomplishing objectives and providing analytical and administrative support
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Coordinate and develop program deliverables and analyze programs cost, schedule and performance data
Prepare various spreadsheets/reports/briefs to be used as tracking tools for program management, as required.
Support technical and finance teams in responding to various data calls
Monitor and report performance and progress against plans, baselines, and requirements
Assist in the identification and resolution of issues impacting program/project cost, schedule, and performance
Coordination and management of stakeholder feedback and communication
A successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (+3 years experience), Associate's Degree (+7 years experience), or High School Diploma (+9 years experience)
- Current active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Excellent organization, and written / verbal communication skills
