Responsible for maximizing the customer service and financial excellence of various BOS product lines; including but not limited to Urgent Cares, Express Cares, Off Campus Emergency Departments, and Infusion Centers, through the Digital Registration department. Responsible for oversight of Digital Registration's staff performance outcomes, development, and engagement. Areas of responsibility within Digital Registration department will include: Audit & Recovery, Denials, Collections, and other business needs/projects. Manages the planning, organization, financials, and daily operations of the department. Develops, implements, and monitors programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest quality of customer service through effective coaching of staff, operational efficiency, and best utilization of resources.
Minimum 3 years of administrative and/or operational leadership experience. Master's Degree preferred. Strong collections, data analysis, process improvement, organizational and communication skills, along with an excellent customer service philosophy. Track record of innovation and change management. Knowledge and familiarity in patient registration cycle, business operations, finance/accounting.
