The Pharmacy Technician provides timely and accurate pharmaceutical and technical care, including procurement, storage, preparation, and distribution of medications and IV solutions, under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist. This is performed in accordance with national and state standards, such as TJC and BOP. Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED required
- Completion of a CAaccredited-pharmacy technician training program
- California license as a pharmacy technician required
- One year hospital in-patient pharmacy experience preferred
