    Job Description Summary

    At MAXIMUS, we are growing our Digital Solutions team to better serve our organization and our clients in the government, health, and human services space.     As part of the Digital Services organization, the Digital solutions manager will own and develop the overall digital solutions opportunity pipeline for new potential contracts with government clients. This role will own the digital pipeline process along with the digital solutioning process.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Manage the Digital go-to-market process for identifying, qualifying, capturing, proposing and submitting new bids for work
    • Work with Corporate Business Development teams to scope and propose digital solutions to both new and existing clients
    • Be the single point of contact for solutioning new Digital opportunities with internal and external clients
    • Design and document the Digital go-to-market process for Digital
    • Own the tracking and assessment of opportunities for Digital, including Executive briefing routines, Sharepoint updates, JIRA, Smartsheets and eventually Salesforce
    • Partner with Product and Innovation leads, such as Web, Mobile, Content, RPA, Strategy, Messaging and others to ensure product value is captured in proposals
    • Create and track pricing models for respective Digital proposals. Work with product and delivery teams to ensure quality estimates and timing
    • Influence key stakeholders to understand the cost/benefit value of Digital
    • Assist with Proposal writing with specific focus on Digital
    • Review and assess Corporate pipeline of RFP's for any potential Digital solutions that could be included
    • Scan government sites that track new RFP's and RFI's from prospective clients
    • Occasionally perform digital research on target markets within government
    • Other duties as assigned by leadership

    Requirements & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree required preferably in the field of Technology, Engineering, Digital or relevant fields of study
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the digital industry and 10 years of project management and program development required
    • Solid written and verbal communications skills as well as leadership
    • Ability to summarize and convey information to stakeholders and sponsors
    • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
    • Ability to influence others both within and outside of immediate team to achieve results
    • Travel: Ability to travel as required up to 20-30%. Given the dynamic nature of the team and the need to be responsive to our customers' needs, some travel may be coordinated on a short notice.

    Additional Requirements:

    Educations Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Sciences, Management, Digital Technologies or related degrees.

    Years of experience: 5 years in digital-related technologies or programs, and 10 years of relevant program, project or sales experience.

    Design Thinking and Scrum Certifications a plus
