This position is located at the Vail Emergency Room and is scheduled for 12 hour shifts, scheduled 1 shift or more per week with additional hours / shifts possible per the needs of the department.
The Radiology Specialist - Ultrasound Tech performs ultrasonic diagnostic tests for patients as ordered.
Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment to locate, evaluate and record critical functional, pathological, and anatomical data.
Schedules and coordinates tests, records test results, and prepares and maintains operational logs. Calibrates and maintains equipment and orders supplies when needed.
