    The opportunity:

    The Voice and Video Manager will manage and coordinate the design, installation and support of all voice and video services. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new, existing and acquired hardware, software, communication architectures, and facilities.

    How you will impact WestRock:

    Manages the design, implementation and operation of the following

    o IP Telephony, PBX and key systems

    o Audio and web conferencing services

    o Fax services

    o Voicemail and automated attendant systems

    o Overhead paging and intercom systems

    o Call center systems and reporting

    Experience implementing conferencing and voice solutions across a geographically diverse environment

    Works with team to identify the design needs for cost effective solutions.

    Manages budgets performance to ensure costs are aligned to planned budgets.

    Ensure standard operating procedures are formally in place and followed.

    Assess, approve, and manage all voice and video equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.

    Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation.

    Ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and updated for critical platforms.

    Manages resources and people processes (e.g., performance review, career development, training, staffing, etc.) to ensure the day-to-day administration of processes and formal procedures.

    What you need to succeed:

    Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

    5-7 years of experience managing technical teams, 10+ years in IT infrastructure roles

    Demonstrated knowledge of designing, building, and implementing technical solutions across telecom, fax, and conferencing platforms

    Experience managing a wide variety of conferencing hardware and phones from implementation to retirement

    Experience implementing conferencing and voice solutions across a geographically diverse environment

    Professional proficiency with the MS suite of products (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Project)

    Being self-directed, fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented

    Basic Knowledge of networking and network infrastructure a plus.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a global enterprise.

    Ability to work under tight deadlines at a fast pace.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment
