    Northrop Grumman Space Systems Material, Process and Service Engineering has an opening for a Material & Process Engineer to fill our critical and specialized technical needs. The selected candidate will be responsible for research and/or product development in more than one engineering discipline.

    In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:
    • Use and/or application of technical principles, theories, and concepts.
    • Demonstrate the skill and ability to perform professional tasks.
    • Develop recommended solutions to technical problems as assigned.
    • Contribute to the completion of assigned technical tasks.
    • Have contact with immediate supervisor, project leaders, and other professionals in the section or group.

    Qualifications :

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Candidate must have an accredited Doctorate's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline or a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of M&P engineering experience.
    • Have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Have an overall GPA of 3.25 or higher.
