    Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is currently seeking an MRB Engineer to assist with the disposition of withhold internal/supplier tags to be located in St. Louis, MO.

    Candidate should have experience with designing repairs for discrepant detail parts and assemblies fabricated from composite and metallic materials.

    Tasks will include: interfacing with multiple suppliers, dispositioning of discrepant material tags, interfacing with stakeholder groups such as Structural Analysis, Materials & Processing and Manufacturing personnel in the design

    center and build facilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must.

    Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System, MES, and a Northrop Grumman MRB EN signature is a plus.


    Qualifications :

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with a minimum of 2 years of experience in design, fabrication and or repair of airframe structures.

    This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

    Preferred Qualification:

    Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance with a periodic review/re-investigation within the last 5 years and the ability to obtain and

    Maintain access to special programs.

    BS or MS, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering

    Current NGAS MRB buyoff authority. "EN"

    Hands on experience in a composites manufacturing facility.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to collaborate in a team environment

    Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and/or accomplishing them simultaneously

    Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions

    Experience with military specs and standards.

    Experience interfacing with a military customer.
