The Ground Systems Development Department based in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking talented Operations and Maintenance (O&M) test engineers interested in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing Digital and RF hardware focused on ground based applications to support for our COAST Program..
The ideal candidate can clearly demonstrate strong leadership skills and will have a track record of successfully performing RF/Digital testing, troubleshooting, and repair using documentation, drawings, and in some cases requiring reverse engineering without documentation. Candidate should have experience with hands on hardware test, integration, and is comfortable with troubleshooting techniques, being hands on in the lab with hardware such as commercial test equipment, custom electronics (simple to very complex), PCBs, Units, Test Sets, subsystems, and systems. This person will be working on programs of various sizes ranging from small to large teams.
The candidate should have the experience with operating in a team environment and collaborate across engineering disciplines to accomplish the team goals. This candidate should also be capable of coordinating with internal and external customers and preparing/presenting the results of their work. Applicant will interface with multiple disciplines including customers, program management, hardware design, system engineering, procurement, suppliers, and manufacturing.

- 5 years of engineering experience with a STEM Bachelors degree from an accredited institution; or 3 years of engineering expereince with a STEM Masters degree; or 0 years experience with STEM PhD.
- 2+ years of electronic engineering test experience in an Engineering environment
- Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution
- 2 years of Electronic Engineering test experience in an Aerospace Environment
- Electronic Design experience in and engineering envrironment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner and have a strong interest in hardware integration and test
- DOD TS or SCI clearance
