    Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a DevSecOps / Systems Engineer based out of San Antonio, TX to support our Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions portfolio.

    What You'll get to Do:
    • Design, develop, document, test and debug applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions
    • Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software
    • Determine computer user needs; analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepare operating instructions; design and develop compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems

    Qualifications :

    Basic Qualifications:
    • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
    • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant software development experience. An additional 4 years of related work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated experience in full Software Development Lifecycle
    • Hands on work experience in a DevOps or DevSecOps environment
    • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, or relevant STEM program
    • Active DOD security clearance; current SCI eligibility
    • Experience with Agile organizing principles
    • Experience using python to develop application software
    • Experience with Ansible automation scripting
    • Familiarity with a breadth of CI/CD enabling technologies such as VMWare, Git, Bitbucket, Fortify, SonarQube, Jenkins, Bamboo, Nexus, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, vRealize, LXD, Docker, Confluence, JIRA, Crucible, FishEye, Crowd
    • Demonstrated ability to automate software builds and releases
    • Demonstrated knowledge of DevSecOps best practices including cybersecurity software, threat modeling, and risk assessments to detect and analyze threats & vulnerabilities
    • Familiarity with application scaling and cloud enabled deployment
    • Familiarity with system administration across Linux/Unix/Windows platforms
    • Possesses relevant Agile and/or technical industry certification(s)
