The Data Integration and Visibility (DI&V) Department Manager for RT&E will functionally lead the DI&V organization, which is a team of approximately 70 professionals deployed to our programs, that develop business solutions and applications to enhance program performance. Responsibilities include leading application development to enhance RT&E operational efficiency, developing talent, training and technology strategies for the organization, and partnering with programs to identify needs for DI&V solutions.
This position reports directly to the Director of RT&E Strategy, Integration & Operations (SI&O). The SI&O organization is responsible for leading RT&E efforts and initiatives, including the functional strategy, operations, the RT&E TRB/CCB, PCAB, ROMB, workforce planning, training and development, and processes and tools, that are common across the 4 air Centers of Excellence (CoEs). The CoEs consist of the San Diego Autonomous Design (SDAD) CoE, Palmdale Aircraft Integration Center (PAIC) CoE, Manned Aircraft Design (MAD) CoE in Melbourne and St. Augustine Florida, and the Southbay CoE in El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and other locations.
The successful candidate will be a high-energy self-starter, creative, and entrepreneurial individual with strong oral and written/visual communication skills who's able to collaborate with executive leadership, propose and develop solutions for customers, as well as mentor and lead direct reports with a service leadership approach. Functional and project management experience is a plus. This position is geographically flexible and can be based in any location within the 4 CoEs, and will require part-time travel (approx 25-50% of time) to other CoE locations as required. - Bachelor's Degree ABET accredited university with 7 years of experience
- Lead and/or Manager experience
- Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
- DoD Secret Clearance
- TS/SCI Clearance
