    This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

    This position will support all SS efforts for the GBSD Program within the Sector Support Business CoE organization.

    The selected candidate will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program within the Program Integration Team (PIT). Selected candidate will work across all IPTs, all levels, all sites and all NG sectors (NGAS, NGMS, NGTS, NGIS, NGES). Selected candidate will be the focal point for personnel logistics and facilities management. Candidate should thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with high expectations and significantly diverse assignments. Candidate should also have strong organizational, written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and an approachable and welcoming attitude.
    Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

    Qualifications :

    Basic Qualifications for Level 2:

    Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience; Master's degree with 1 year of experience
    Experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, Scheduling, or Production Control arenas.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    Excellent presentation skills to supporting teams, managers, and executives, including writing as well as presenting.

    U. S. Citizen and the ability to obtain Clearance

    Basic Qualifications for Level 3:

    Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience; Master's degree with 3 year of experience
    Experience in Project Management, Manufacturing Operations, Scheduling, or Production Control arenas.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    Excellent presentation skills to supporting teams, managers, and executives, including writing as well as presenting.

    Active Secret Clearance

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience and knowledge of NGC SLC programs and processes.
    • SAP experience.
    • Proficiency with schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including analysis using graphs and pivot tables.
    • Experienced with data querying (Oracle, based queries) and data analysis for schedule, cost, and quality based data.
