    Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Cyber Software Engineer in Landover, MD


    Qualifications :

    Basic Qualifications for a Principal Level:
    • 5 years of relevant experience in Software Development with Bachelor's in Science; 3 years with Masters; 0 years with PhD; OR 9 years of experience without a degree
    • Active TS/SCI
    • Experience must include the design, development and maintenance of object oriented software to include C/C++ and/or Java in an Agile Unix/Linux environment.
    Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal Level:
    • 9 years of relevant experience in Software Development with Bachelor's in Science; 7 years with Masters; 4 years with PhD; OR 13 years of experience without a degree
    • Active TS/SCI
    • Experience must include the design, development and maintenance of object oriented software to include C/C++ and/or Java in an Agile Unix/Linux environment.
    Preferred Qualifications for both Principal and Sr. Principal:
    • Experience with application development for Apple OSX platform.
    • Experience with RedHat/CentOS operating system.
    • Experience with web applications and document management systems using Spring, Web Applications & Web Services .
    • Working knowledge of open-source software distributions and the open-source community.
    • Experience in automated testing techniques and tools.
    • Experience using the Atlassian suite for software development (JIRA, Bitbucket/git)
