    Job Description:
    Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking Configuration Analysts to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located at Annapolis Junction. Our Configuration Analysts support a wide range of systems and programs using modern configuration management tools and processes.
    As a Configuration Analyst you will work closely with product teams to maintain configuration baselines, develop or modify CM plans, attend / contribute to CCB meetings and maintain release documentation. Work may be done independently and / or as part of a team. Candidates should be familiar with software development processes such as Agile/Scrum and/or Kanban and have excellent communication skills.


    Qualifications :

    Educational / Years of experience required:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is required. An additional 4 years of experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted in lieu of degree.

    Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph

    Core Competencies:
    • 2 years of software configuration management experience
    • CM tools such as Bamboo/Jenkins, GIT, Fisheye/Crucible, Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, Sonatype Nexus, and Gitlab
    • Basic understanding of Linux commands
    • Basic use of scripting languages such as BASH, Python, Perl and/or Groovy
    • Development process such as Agile/Scrum and/or Kanban

    Willingness to Support/Learn:
    • Languages such as Java, C/C++, C#
    • Provisioning tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and/or Salt
    • Experience with Maven
