AT&T has an opening for a Operations Functional Lead - Expert - As functional management for Day to Day execution of the GNOC SOW elements to include cost management, schedule, performance, hiring decisions. Primary Operations GTM interface.
Recent, relevant experience as the network operations manager on a technical operations program of at least 50-100+ FTE personnel in a 24x365 environment. PMP certification desired and possess excellent interpersonal, personnel management, and communications skills. A working knowledge of, and certification in ITIL is required.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate's and 10 years, a Bachelors' and 8 years, a Masters and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history.
Certifications: PMP (desired), ITIL V3 Foundations and/or Practitioner, Scrum
Required Clearance: TSSCI with Polygraph. (#polygraph)
