Member of the Business Center team providing support to both internal and external clients via email, telephone and in person for Commuter Services, VTA/SmartPass programs, and Poster Media distribution.
Responsible for intake, workflow and outtake coordination, ensuring quality, timeliness and overall client satisfaction.
Primary contact regarding any special requests needed for above programs
Assign badges by request and maintain logs of production, badge assignment, and schedules for the company related to above services.
Coordinate and ensure timely posting of all requested signage for customer.
Also will assist with shipping/receiving help desk support job duties as possible.
